Where is Gwapa skincare made? 
Gwapa is proudly formulated and packaged in Australia.

We are an Australian and owned company, based in Sydney. All of our ingredients are ethically sourced from Australia.

Is Gwapa cruelty-free and vegan friendly?
Yes absolutely, we love our animal friends and the planet we live in. We will be forever cruelty-free and vegan. 

Gwapa Beauty is also Low Tox and environmentally conscious.

Is Gwapa made with natural ingredients?
Yes! We are 100% Natural, using only the finest ingredients and certified organic when possible.

Is Gwapa free from synthetic fragrances?
Yes it is, there are no synthetic fragrances included in our products. The natural scent comes from the natural ingredients in our formulas.

How long will it take to see results?
With some products you should some difference straight away but it all depends on your skin and how quickly your body reacts to things. With consistent and proper usage, you should see improvements in 3-4 weeks. Trust us, it won't be long before you see your gwapa glow. 

I have sensitive skin, will Gwapa skincare irritate my skin?
Our products are packed with gentle and nourishing natural ingredients, but to be extra cautious we recommend a patch test. If irritations occur please discontinue use immediately. 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Our Gwapa beauties are everywhere and we ship to many, many countries! If by chance, your address is not coming up in our regular shipping locations, please get in touch and we'll make sure we get your Gwapa goodies to you whichever way possible. 

What's your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. You may return an item to us for an exchange or refund as long as the item is unopened/unused and in its original packaging. The customer is liable to pay for return shipping costs.
